Since Kaitlin loved taking a bath in my parent's kitchen sink where she was fully submerged in the water, I decided to put her in the bathtub with me. She loved it.

Kaitlin met Santa and did very well! Now the little boy in front of us in line did not fair so well.


















We start off Christmas eve at my grandparent's house hanging out with family, eating and then Santa comes of course! Then we head to my parent's house and Santa stops by while we're gone.

My friend Molly's son, Max, refers to us girls as "mommy's ladies." So I figured I would also refer to the girls as mommy's ladies as well. We all got together when we were back in Iowa. The clan is sure getting bigger with all the kiddos.

headed to iowa for the holidays...

On Monday, 12/21 we had the car all packed and headed out to Iowa to celebrate the holidays with my side of the family. Kaitlin did not do as well in the car this time. I had to ride in the backseat with her the second half of the ride.

On Dec 12th, Kaitlin spent some time at Grandma & Grandpa Alberton's house. They took a few pictures of her wearing her Christmas jammies.

While my parents were in town we decided to head to Lincoln Park Zoo to see all the Christmas lights. We didn't stay too long because it was really cold and windy that night.

Afterwards we headed to Margies to warm up with some ice cream.

With this post I'm finally caught up!! This past weekend my sister, her family and parents came to visit to celebrate my dad's birthday.

Gavin did pretty well holding Kaitlin (with the help of his dad), giving her lots of hugs and kisses.

Grandma & Grandpa McIntyre and Kelly, Brian & Gavin came down to visit in early December. Gavin got to hold his baby cousin and loved giving her hugs and kisses. He also had fun getting into her crib and enjoyed pushing the buttons on her mobile.
